Zoe is the buyer on your side, in early access. Zoe helps with vendor outreach, questions, scheduling and meeting recaps. Your workspace owner makes the final buying decision. Zoe never signs or pays.
Plans and activation
Nagata with Zoe and Intelligence include Zoe early access. Nagata customers can buy a Zoe Pass for a set of demos.
Activation of Zoe's mailbox and calendar is arranged with our team during early access. For activation or a Zoe Pass, email hello@nagata.ai and we'll set it up.
Open Zoe in the app
Open Zoe → Vendor demos in your workspace. Use the email address and calendar instructions there once Zoe is turned on for your workspace. See Plans and billing for plan choices.
Email Zoe a request
From the workspace owner's email, send Zoe the vendor contact and what you want to learn. Include the tool you are evaluating, your goals and any questions for the vendor.
Zoe copies the owner on vendor outreach and sends a status reply. Reply to that note to add questions or update the brief.
Give Zoe an owner brief
Tell Zoe what matters to your team and which facts are approved to share. Keep private evaluation notes separate from information intended for the vendor.
Zoe checks outgoing messages against the approved brief. Questions about security, legal matters, pricing, terms or commitments come back to the owner for review.
Choose a meeting time
When a vendor offers times, Zoe sends the owner numbered options. Reply with a number to approve a time. Zoe then books the meeting with a Meet link and invitations. Decline all options if you need different times.
Invite Zoe to a meeting
Add the Zoe address shown in the app to a calendar invite with a supported meeting link. Once the workspace calendar is activated, Zoe can accept the invitation and join the scheduled meeting.
Include enough context for Zoe to understand the evaluation. Use the owner brief for private questions and buying constraints.
Consent first recording
Zoe introduces itself as AI and asks for recording consent at the start of the call. Meetings start without recording. Recording starts only after consent. If consent is declined, Zoe uses notes only. If a recording stop cannot be confirmed, Zoe leaves the call.
Meeting recaps
Recaps are on by default. Attendees receive shareable facts and next steps. Internal evaluation notes go to the owner. A recap that needs a disclosure review is held for the owner before it goes to attendees.
Review the recap and follow up with the vendor on unresolved questions before making a decision.
Demo allowances and counting
| Offer | Included demos | Extra demos |
|---|---|---|
| Nagata with Zoe | 8 a month | $100 each |
| Intelligence | 25 a month | $80 each |
| Zoe Pass | 4 for $500, valid for 60 days | See plan options |
- One demo covers up to 90 minutes.
- If the vendor does not show within 15 minutes, Zoe leaves and the demo is not counted.
- Past 90 minutes counts as a second demo. Zoe announces this at 80 minutes.
- A follow up with the same vendor counts as a new demo.
The Zoe Pass price counts toward an upgrade to Nagata with Zoe within 30 days. Evaluation memory stays after the pass expires.
Final authority
The owner reviews commitments, approves terms and makes the buying decision. A meeting booking, recap or recommendation is a record to help with that decision. Zoe never signs or pays.
