Zoe Nagata. The buyer on your side.

Forward the pitches. Zoe screens the vendors, runs the first demos and brings you the finalists with a recommendation.

How Zoe works

  1. Vendors reach Zoe first.

Forward a pitch, or route vendor outreach to Zoe’s address.

  2. Zoe screens every vendor.

Each one is checked against your policy, your budget and the tools you already pay for.

  3. Zoe runs the first round demo.

Zoe discloses being an AI, records only with consent, and works through your checklist: pricing, renewal caps, security and contract terms.

  4. You get a short memo.

The finalists, a price benchmark, any overlap with what you own, and Zoe’s recommendation. You make the call.

Pick a meeting mode for each call

  • Zoe runs the first round

Zoe leads the demo, works your checklist and asks every open question before the call ends.

  • Zoe takes notes

Your team runs the call. Zoe listens, captures pricing and terms, and adds it all to memory.

A person from your team can always join.

Zoe remembers every evaluation.

Every vendor Zoe has seen, why it won or lost, and what it quoted, kept in one place for the whole company. Nobody sits through the same demo twice.

What changes for each seat

  • CEO

Your leaders stop losing weeks to vendor demos, and you set AI buying rules before sprawl sets in.

  • CFO

Every tool your team wants is checked against what you already pay for before the contract reaches your desk.

  • Department heads

Forward the pitches to Zoe. You only see the ones that fit.

  • IT and Security

Every vendor’s security documents are collected before the demo, not after the contract.

Trust and security

Zoe does the legwork. You make the call.

Every vendor gets a real answer and an honest decline reason instead of silence.

  • Zoe never signs a contract or pays for anything.
  • Zoe discloses being an AI at the start of every call.
  • Recording only with consent. We start in one party consent states and expand as the consent flow is proven.
  • Vendor security claims are marked verified or vendor claimed.
  • Vendors can never pay for ranking.
  • Flat fee, so we earn nothing from what you spend.
