Reports & sharing

Sharing reports

Nagata lets you share reports with people outside your team without giving them a Nagata login.

How sharing works

When you share a report, Nagata generates a unique link. Anyone with the link can view the report in read-only mode — no login required.

What can be shared

  • Executive report — vendor spend, AI spend, savings summary, renewals overview
  • Audit report — full ROI calculation with configured inputs

Sharing a report

  1. Open the report (Executive or Audit).
  2. Click Share or Get share link.
  3. Copy the link and send it.

What viewers can and can't see

Viewers can see the report content as of the time they visit (it reflects live data).

Viewers cannot:

  • Access any other part of your workspace
  • See contract text or individual user emails
  • Take any action (approve, reject, generate, etc.)

Contact support to invalidate a share link. Once revoked, anyone who visits the old link will see a not-found page.

Privacy note

Treat share links like a document link — anyone who has it can view the report. Don't share audit report links in public channels.
