The executive report is a one-page snapshot of your software and AI spend picture, designed to share with leadership without requiring them to log in.
What the report shows

| Total annual AI spend | Sum from AI usage imports |
| LLM / API spend | Broken out from the AI total |
| Waste identified | Dollar value of savings Nagata's rules flagged |
| Accepted savings | Savings from completed recommendations |
| Pending savings | Savings from approved-but-not-yet-complete recommendations |
| Duplicate tools | Count of categories with more than one active vendor |
| Upcoming renewals | Contracts renewing in the next 90 days |
| High-risk contracts | Contracts with a notice deadline passed or within 30 days |
| Agent replacement candidates | Vendors flagged as potentially replaceable by an AI workflow |
Opening the report
Go to Reports → Executive in the left sidebar. The report reflects your latest data every time you open it.
Sharing
- On the Executive Report page, click Share.
- Nagata generates a shareable link.
- Anyone with the link can view the report without logging in.
