Go to Settings in the left sidebar to manage your workspace configuration.
Team tab
Invite and manage members, view pending invitations, and remove members. See Inviting team members.
API Keys tab
Available on Intelligence and Embedded plans. API keys let you access Nagata programmatically.
Creating an API key:
- Go to Settings → API Keys.
- Click Create key.
- Give it a name (e.g., "Zapier integration").
- Copy the key immediately — it's shown only once.
Store API keys in your secrets manager, not in code. Revoke a key at any time from the API Keys tab.
Workspace tab
- Workspace name — change the name that appears in the header and shared reports.
- Plan information — view your current tier.
- Waste assumption % — default percentage used in the audit report ROI calculation.
- Product cost — your actual Nagata contract price, used for accurate payback math.
Notification settings tab
Configure alerting preferences:
- Weekly digest — add the email addresses that should get the weekly spend summary. The digest is always available in-product under Reports.
- Alert thresholds — customize spend levels at which certain alerts fire
Danger Zone
Workspace deletion is permanent and immediately removes all data. Only the workspace Owner can do this. Export any reports you need before deleting.
