The Renewals page shows every contract whose renewal date is on the horizon, based on contracts you've uploaded and confirmed.
Filtering by window
Use the filter at the top to show renewals coming up in the next 30, 60, or 90 days.
What each renewal row shows
| Column | What it means |
|---|---|
| Vendor | The vendor on the contract |
| Renewal date | When the contract auto-renews or expires |
| Notice period | Days before renewal you must act |
| Status | Current state of the renewal decision |
| Risk level | Urgency, factoring in spend size and notice window |
| Annual value | Contract value from the uploaded document |
Renewal statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Upcoming | No decision made yet |
| In review | Team is actively evaluating |
| Approved | Decision made to renew |
| Renegotiating | In negotiation with the vendor |
| Cancelled | Decision made not to renew |
| Renewed | Renewal executed |
| Missed | Notice deadline passed without a decision |
Alerts
Alerts are automated notifications that fire when Nagata detects something that needs your attention.
Alert types
| Alert | What triggers it |
|---|---|
| Renewal in 30 days | A contract's renewal date is less than 30 days away |
| Notice deadline passed | The cancellation notice window has closed |
| AI spend spike | MoM AI spend grew 50%+ and the delta is at least $200 |
| High-risk recommendation | An urgent recommendation has been pending for over a week |
| Ownerless high-spend vendor | A vendor with $5,000+/year has no assigned owner |
Alert severity
- Low — informational
- Medium — worth reviewing this week
- High — requires action soon
- Critical — time-sensitive

For each alert you can Acknowledge, Dismiss, or Resolve it.
